These guidelines and general orders will serve us all. Every one of us has played a role in making this organization what it is today. Now together we look forward to an even better tomorrow.

As far as any of the lobbies are concerned we should be better than the other organizations or individuals there. Not just in a game but in the chat area as well. We should not use a lot of swearing, the reason is that there are a lot of minors that are there and some can't play if there is swearing. The other thing is that we as a squad/clan should not go to war without words but rather with the arms our games gives us. We should prove our selves in our games not in the chat area. There are individuals that will try to upset us because of our history. The others there that try to upset everyone do not need a response from us; it just makes for an unhappy time for everybody.

Training:

The training program that is set up is not here to punish but to help so take advantage of it. Finding out our weak points is the only way to get better. The training staff is here to help not to hinder your progress; we want to be the best and the only way is to train. Training is apart of any thing that you want to do well. We need to train as a Squad/Clan and individuals as well.

159th Rules:

Any rule in Red will be considered a major infraction. Penalty for major in fractions will result in no vote by clan. The Command Staff will terminate immediately. The rest are minor infraction. Penalty is possible lock for 3 days.

1. You must respect the decisions of the Board Members and the Commanding Staff at all times
2. You must respect any one in this organization that has a higher rank than you.
3. Must possess good attitude and play well with others.
4. You may build any web you like as long as you do not divulge any information concerning the Screaming Eagles or use there name and contents with out first coming to the Quarter Master first.
5. As long as you are in this organization you may be active in all functions that are supported by the Screaming Eagles.
6. At no time will you be a part of, or represent any other organization other than the 159th Screaming Eagles. You must represent the 159th in any sim you play on line. Meaning: as Flight Unit it would be 159thVFW_Username, and for Land Unit, SELU_159_Username.
7. At no time are you aloud to alter and or use cheats of any kind. Alter meaning not playing the game the way it was originally desingned.eg, the use of glitches will be considered cheating. It's a form of altering the game from its original intent. The teaching of such glitches with out command approval will be considered cheating. What the command of the 159th would ask is if you should come across any such glitches, and or cheat. That you bring it to your commanding officer so that we can decide if we all need to learn them for the purpose learning how to defeat them.
8.If you need a leave of absence it will be granted with out fear of removal from the ranks. How ever, up on leave of absence you will be required to come back to full duty and participate in squad/clan matches. You will also have to complete the training before any rank will be bestowed up on you. In other words you must be here and play to gain rank along with passing all the required test. You may not leave then come back and expect to rank up right then. You must pay your dues like the rest of us.
9. Must make good attempt to attend any scheduled meeting. Meetings will be scheduled in advance. (Special circumstances will be considered)
10. Must try to be all that he or she may be in this organization.
11. Must have ICQ. (Available at www.icq.com)
12. Must have ventrilo. (Available on site in downloads)
13. Must have an ISP based e-mail address, not remote e-mail such as hotmail, yahoo, etc.
14. Must not be someone who whines and bitches about everything bad that happens
15.Lying on your application. Were all friends here so no need to lie bout any thing.
16.Giving out passwords or training tips of this organization to any one at any time is stickly prohibited.

Meetings:

The 159th Screaming Eagles will be holding scheduled meetings. It is to your best interest to make these meetings because that is your time to voice your options. These meetings will take place in an orderly fashion. If Management is discussing things you are to be quiet until called upon. This is a Mandatory issue. A disruptive meeting makes for a longer meeting and we will not adjourn the meeting till we are done. You have three chances. The first time you will be put in silence mode. The second time you will be booted out of the meeting. There will be no third time, for you will be looking for a new home. We don't condone booting people, but we will not tolerate a disruptive meeting. This is Mandatory. As a member of the 159th it is your duty to see this does not happen. You are too at least fly two or three times a week and make it to the meetings on Monday nights. There are exceptions of the Monday meeting. If you work during this time or if you live over seas in Europe then you will be excused. This is to ensure that our pilots represent the 159th to the fullest of their ability. If you cannot make it to a meeting you should have the courage to send an e-mail to Col. Feets before the meeting to let him know. The code of conduct can be changed upon the discretion of the 159th Screaming Eagles.

Meeting Itinerary:

1. The C/O of the squad/clan will fill you in on the week's itineraries
2. The Command of the 159th will discuss any thing they need to discuss.
3. At this time we will discuss all the referrals that we have for that week.
4. This is the time you can ask any questions you need to ask so please wait till this time has come.
5. The meeting will be adjourned.
6. All go to the lobby and show support for our fine organization, but most of all. Kill, Kill, and Kill.
7. You must be 16 yrs of age or have a family member form the immediate family already in the organization.

II- Recruitment and Enlistment

As of now we are recruiting It is mandantory for your to come on to our vent channel and get to know us before filling out and application You will also be asked to play with us as much as possiable. to help us determine just how interested you are. The time you spend playing will not be a determining factor in your acceptance, but the way you play when you do will. After an undetermined amount of time, we, the clan, will consider you for enlistment into the SELU_159. After acceptance, you will be required to add "SELU_159" to your callsign on all gaming sites you visit and on your callsign in the game itself.

III- Participation

All clan members are expected to play as much as possible. If you are going to be absent for any length of time you will be put on inactive status and will not be allowed to compete in matches. To be come active again you must make 3 meetings straight at which time you will be able to compete. Please make every effort to attend the meeting on a regular basis. This is where all major decisions are made concerning the clan. If you are not in attendance then you have no right to be upset or dispute decisions that are made during those meetings. If you need to take a leave of absence it needs to be cleared with a commanding officer. Promotions are on hold at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. This will resume as soon as possible.
